Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use a heat press machine or an iron to transfer a design onto a garment using a direct-to-film transfer sheet:

• Prepare the garment: Start by pre-pressing the garment to remove any wrinkles and moisture. Make sure the garment is clean, dry and free of any lint or debris.
• Cut the transfer sheet: Take the transfer sheet and cut it to the desired size, making sure it is slightly larger than the design you want to transfer.
• Place the transfer sheet: Place the transfer sheet, ink side down, onto the garment where you want to transfer the design.
• Heat press the design: If using a heat press machine, set the temperature and pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions. Place the garment onto the platen and close the press. Heat press the design for the recommended time, usually around 8-12 seconds.
• Iron the design: If using an iron, place a Teflon sheet or a piece of cloth over the transfer sheet to protect it. Set the iron to the highest heat setting that is suitable for the garment, and place it onto the transfer sheet. Apply pressure and move the iron back and forth for the recommended time, usually around 8-12 seconds.
• Peel: Once the transfer process is complete, peel the transfer sheet away.
• Finish: Finally, press the garment one more time to help set the design.

If you did not follow our packaged directions we are not responsible for damage caused on customer error. All transfers should be inspected prior to being applied on to garments. We are also not responsible for any damage to your garment or machinery.

We hereby accept returns for the following circumstances (which are all factory or seller error). You are entitled to a refund or ability to reorder if you meet any of the following criteria:

• Your orders ink didn't fully transfer to all the sheets resulting in 5% or more of the order being damaged.
  
• If you did not receive the correct number of items within your order.
• If you did not receive any items you paid for.

An image of the order may be asked to be submitted to our headquarter's email in order to evaluate order and issue refund.

If a return is authorized you will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA) The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package being shipped back. Shipments received without an RMA will not be accepted by our shipping department and will be returned unopened to the sender.
