Refund/Return Policy
All orders are made after your purchase NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE UNLESS IT'S DUE TO AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
If you did not follow our packaged directions we are not responsible for damage caused on customer error. All transfers should be inspected prior to being applied on to garments. We are also not responsible for any damage to your garment or machinery.
We hereby accept returns for the following circumstances (which are all factory or seller error). You are entitled to a refund or ability to reorder if you meet any of the following criteria:
- Your orders ink didn't fully transfer to all the sheets resulting in 5% or more of the order being damaged.
- If you did not receive the correct number of items within your order.
- If you did not receive any items you paid for.
An image of the order may be asked to be submitted to our headquarter's email in order to evaluate order and issue refund.
If a return is authorized you will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA) The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package being shipped back. Shipments received without an RMA will not be accepted by our shipping department and will be returned unopened to the sender.
